OICH operates administratively out of our head office at 5 Myrand Avenue, Ottawa, ON. Clients are admitted via referral to designated bed programs within the shelters. Nurses and doctors attend to the clients at these shelter sites

Clients day-to-day needs are attended to by specially trained personal support workers.

If a client not registered to OICH requires immediate care, and does not have a family doctor, they may be seen at the Primary Care Clinic. Note the Primary Care Clinic provides sexual health services such as testing and education.
