A person may be eligible for admission to OICH IF the individual is:
-homeless
Each of the units have slightly different admission criteria in addition to the conditions stated above. |

Hospice: Individual is living with a life limiting condition
Wet Program: Individual is a chronic street alcoholic and is refractory to other treatments
Oakes: Eligible for Aging at Home and/or a graduate of the wet program
Aging at Home: >65 years old with complex health needs or 55+ with a score of 17 or more on the Edmonton Frailty Scale
Women's Special Care/Men's Special Care: Individual has complex health needs rendering the person unable to cope in general shelter
Cornerstone: Eligible for Aging at Home and female
Inclusive of all Cohorts within the Homeless Population
OICH Inc. will be sensitive to age, gender, and race, language, culture,
